COACHES
All requests for reimbursment for Coaching Clinics, USA Hockey Registration, Screening (if not submitted by Quakers) are to be collected by the HEAD COACH of your team, with supporting documentation and a copy of certification (where applicable) were to be submitted to BERNIE GUNN by December 31, 2011 for review - NO LATER. The Quakers will reimburse for 1 Head Coach and 2 Assistant Coaches per team. If you have more than that, the Head Coach is to work it out among his staff. Thank you.

USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION - COACHES
(All Head Coaches AND Assistant Coaches)
Go to www.USAHockey.com - to the Membership Tab and register for the 2011-2012 season as a COACH. Print 2 copies of the receipt - give one to ACE Coordinator, Bernie Gunn and the other to your team manager.
